Plants being brought for placement in the show display must be onsite by noon on Friday May 7th. Plants being entered for CSA, AOS or Ribbon judging must be onsite prior to the start of judging (9AM Saturday May 8th). The owner must fill out the judging forms that will be available at the entrance to the Show room. There will be designated people to assist with judging form completion. Plants receiving a CSA award will result in a financial cost to the exhibitor. You must label your plant if you do not want it judged by CSA.
ALL plants must remain in the show display until the end of the show (Sunday 5:00PM).
The society also giving a "People’s Choice" award. Ballots to select the "People’s Choice" award will be located on a central table in the Show room. Ballots will counted on Sunday May 9th at noon.
